We are looking for a Captain to supervise a restaurant section, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure guests receive professional, efficient, and memorable service. The role supports daily operations, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, manage table service, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise waitstaff and allocate service sections.
  • Coordinate orders with the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and proper table setup are maintained.
  • Support opening and closing procedures and assist with staff training.

requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant restaurant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service, dining etiquette, and guest relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
