We are looking for Wait Staff to deliver a warm, professional, and attentive dining experience. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, supporting table turnover, and maintaining service standards throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks professionally and monitor guest needs during service.
  • Recommend menu items, promotions, and upsell premium options.
  • Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and guest allergy communication procedures.

requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a server or in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic food and beverage service knowledge.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and guest service skills.
