Named for the strait that connects continents, Bosporus brings people and flavors together, blending nostalgic Turkish cuisine with modern presentation for a journey that feels like home.
How It Began
A young Turkish chef arrived in Dubai with his grandmother’s recipes and a dream. Small dinners for fellow expats grew into a shared table of memories and culture then into Bosporus.
