We are looking for a Commis 1 to support senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations. This role is ideal for an experienced junior chef who can work efficiently, maintain high hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and basic dishes under senior chef guidance.
  • Assist in cooking, plating, and presentation according to recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned kitchen section.
  • Support mise-en-place production and smooth service flow.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.

requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in 5-star or 7-star hotels/restaurants is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, safety, and basic supervision.
